Cancellations and returns Policy

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be issued a full refund (not including the cost of shipping). all purchases are considered final, and will be non-refundable after dispatch.

 

In the event an order arrives;

 

  • Damaged or broken.
  • The order’s contents are incorrect.

 

Please contact me via the enquires forum with your order number and photo of the damaged and/or incorrect contents for further information on returns and refunding.

Orders may take up to one week before dispatch, depending on activity. 


For commissioned or personalised works; a full refund is only processed if the order is cancelled before work has commenced. If a commission is cancelled after work has commenced, a refund relevant to the percentage of completed work will be issued (ie. if 50% of the work has been finished, a 50% refund will be issued).
